Grapht SEGA Top

Today, Japanese lifestyle brand GRAPHT announced the SEGA x GRAPHT collaboration collection, celebrating SEGA‘s 60th Anniversary.

GRAPHT has been around for just about ten years and they have left their fingerprint on several works. They have roots in helping support their community by bringing together creators to help hone their craft and create stunning lifestyle products. Here is a little bit about the company:

The concept of GRAPHT is to rewrite stereotypes and incorporate a switch into your lifestyle to find innovative ideas buried in your daily life. GRAPHT is a word coined from the combination of ‘Graffiti’ art and ‘Craft’, which started on the streets in the 1970s. GRAPHT was born in 2011 with the aim of inspiring people to embrace ‘street culture’ and ‘art culture’ in their daily lives through its products. It was born in 2011.

The SEGA x GRAPHT collection will contain three different shirts and some really neat iron on patches. The first two shirts will be themed after the iconic SEGA systems Saturn and Dreamcast. The third shirt outlines the hardware history of SEGA. The iron on patches will come in a variety of styles including a Dreamcast console, Dreamcast Controller, Mega Drive (Genesis) 6-button Controller, Game Gears in a variety of colors, and some logos for the systems.

The majority of the items will be available for purchase starting 26 March 2021. The Mega Drive items will be available on 23 April 2021. If you’re looking to get your hands on these, it would be a good idea to reach out to a friend in Japan who can help you buy them!
