MIYAVI, m-flo, and BALLISTIK BOYZ will be among the artists participating in the IDENTITY: Project Blue Marble live stream.
IDENTITY: Project Blue Marble is an eight-hour live stream relief event to “IDENTIFY WITH UNITY, AID & AWARENESS TO BATTLE COVID-19.” All proceeds will be donated to the United Way—to support their efforts providing protective gear, food, disinfection, and financial support to those affected.
The event will be streamed on Amazon Music’s Twitch channel on Saturday May 30th, beginning at 2PM (14:00) PST.
Taking place during the last weekend of American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, IDENTITY: Project Blue Marble is designed to “to unite Asian artists/ leaders from around the world for the fight against COVID19 and the xenophobia affecting Asian communities.” The hashtag #OURIDENTITY is being used to bring awareness to the event and its message.
