This might be a controversial statement, but we’re going to say it: Jujutsu Kaisen had the best OP and ED sequence this year, hands down (yes, even better than Easy Breezy). Not only is ‘Kaiki Kaiten’ by Eve one of this author’s most played songs this year, the animation for ‘Lost in Paradise’ by ALI was handled by one person. One person! With this in mind, it’s great to see Jujutsu Kaisen’s opening and ending sequences honored by a new line of apparel.
Produced in collaboration with ZOZOTOWN, there are ten items in total, with half of them featuring designs from the ED and half from the OP. What are these designs, you may ask? Literally just images from both sequences, printed on long-sleeved and short-sleeved t-shirts, as well as hoodies. Hmm.
We’ll admit that the images from the Jujutsu Kaisen ED look much better on the white fabric in this ZOZOTOWN collaboration, as they give off a pop art-style sensibility. The OP, though? They honestly look a little lazy, like someone just plonked a couple of images on a tee they had lying in the back of a warehouse. And that’s probably what happened.
That being said, everyone is accounted for here: although it may look like at first glance that you can only get Nobara from the ED on a long-sleeved t-shirt, the website says that versions featuring Itadori and Megumi will also be released sometime in the future. The same goes for the hoodies, so it’s safe to say that your individual character and wardrobe preferences will probably be accounted for by this Jujutsu Kaisen ZOZOTOWN collaboration.

The prices aren’t too bad, either (even if I wouldn’t pick up any of the designs from the OP): 5280 yen for the short-sleeved t-shirt, 6490 for the long sleeve, and 9350 for the hoodie.
What other OP or ED can you think of that’s been honored with its own line of apparel? I certainly can’t think of one. This speaks to how incredible these sequences are, and how representative they are of the quality of the anime. With any luck, the next ones will be just as good.
ZOZOTOWN’s Jujutsu Kaisen collaboration items will release on 25 December. You can purchase them until 12 January via ZOZOTOWN.
