A new Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba stage play will arrive in Tokyo on 7 August. This will be the second stage adaptation of the manga/ anime series to be performed.
The play will apparently be a sequel to the first stage show, which was simply titled Kimetsu no Yaiba: Butai (The Stage). The first show appeared in Tokyo and Kobe in early 2020 (just before the world went crazy). Aniplex put it out on Blu-ray and DVD last July:

This one will be called Butai Kimetsu no Yaiba Sono Ni: Kizuna (Stage Play Kimetsu no Yaiba Part 2: Bond). Many of the same actors will return for the sequel, including Ryota Kobayashi as Tanjiro Kamado and Akari Takaishi as Nezuko. Keisuke Ueda will return as Zenitsu Agatsuma. Other returning cast members will Include Yugo Sato as Inosuke, Reo Honda as Giyu Tomioka, and Yoshihide Sasaki as Muzan Kibutsuji.
Anime stage shows range from rare and unique kabuki performances to elaborate Takarazuka musicals. But it is always interesting to see what is deemed worthy of live-action stage adaptation.
The Demon Slayer play will be at The Galaxy Theater in Shinagawa, Tokyo on 7-15 August. Then it will move to the Umeda Arts Theater Main Hall in Osaka, 20-22 August. Tachikawa Stage Garden in Tachikawa, Tokyo will host the show, 27-31 August. You can find the Demon Slayer stage website here.
