It will always be updated based on events, seasons, or major milestones that come with the series. The newest milestone is the 25th Anniversary of the Pokémon franchise, and you can bet your bottom dollar that the Pokémon Cafe is going to have some new menu items celebrating the event. That is exactly what they announced today.

And 2021 is Pokemon’s 25th anniversary year!

At the Pokémon Cafe (Nihonbashi, Tokyo) and the Pokémon Cafe (Shinsaibashi, Osaka), a menu commemorating the 25th anniversary will be available from 27 February (Saturday) to 12 March (Friday)!

The item they will add to their menu is a beautiful platter that they call ‘Pikachu’s Electric Socket! Sweets Plate ~25th Anniversary~!’, with four kinds of sweets and fruits, themed around Pikachu who came to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Pokémon!
