Premium Bandai Kicks off Preorders for VIGNA-GHINA II [Jupiter Battle Ver.] Gunpla Kit

Today, Premium Bandai announced that they will be starting pre-orders for the VIGNA-GHINA II [Jupiter Battle Ver.] Gunpla kit. This is a follow-up kit to the previous VIGNA-GHINA II kit that was released a couple of years back. Pre-orders kicked off today at 1 p.m. Japan Standard Time.

The new VIGNA-GHINA II [Jupiter Battle Ver.] kit is part of the R E/100 series of Gunpla models which places it in between your standard non-grade kits and the Master Grade kits. The kit is a 1/100 scale and comes with a number of options that you can use during your build. If you’re not familiar with the VIGNA-GHINA II, it is the mobile suit that is piloted by Doral Ronah and is an improved version of the original VIGNA-GHINA in almost every way. Like Gundam F91, Vigna Ghina II features shoulder fins to improve its cooling system, which allows the installation of a more powerful generator. This is definitely one of those kits that you want to have in your collection if you’re a Gunpla builder and a Gundam fan.

The Premium Bandai kits are exclusive to the Premium Bandai website and will not be available in any stores. So if you’re looking to get your hands on this kit, it would be a good idea to get an order placed either via a friend that lives in Japan or through a proxy service that can obtain the kit for you. The kit is retailing on the website for ¥4,620 and will be shipping at the end of April. If you’re looking to get into Gunpla or if you’re an experienced builder, this is certainly a kit that would be great for your collection.
